Lalbaba Enterprise is one of the leading fabrics exporter in india. We manufacturing cotton, cotton / linen, 100 %  polyester and viscose fabrics.
We make fabrics as per our own development and sample provided by the customer. we have our own set up for manufacturing the fabric near Surat which is western part of India.

We have following set up:

1. We have our own yarn dyeing facility which can we dye minimum 1000 kgs yarn per day. We always use ezo free dyes which is highly recommended for export fabrics. We take maximum care during dyeing for color variations and color fastness, for that we have our own lab to cross check the same parameters.
2. Weaving set up – We have our own rapier looms to weave any kind of material and design on these looms with no defects. We have very highly qualified and trained technicians to operate our Weaving loom for defectless fabrics. Our capacity of Weaving is approximately 60000 mtr. per month with average pick of 56.
   We take maximum care for quality during weaving and during inspection of fabrics. We categories defects on point basis. We make 100% polyester fabric like taffeta,poly DuPont,100% linen, cotten/linen,100% viscose,poly/viscose and cotten/viscose. We make fabrics 50 gms/sq.mtr. to 250 gms / sq.mtr. and we keep our fabric width always 56 inches.
3. We have two line of cotton embroidery machines . The width of mcs is 20 mtr. and we can make 1200 mtr./day on these mcs. We make 100 % cotten and poly – cotten ambroidery in these mcs.
   We finish our fabric in leading process house to get good end result to provide excellent fabrics to our customers. We supply fabrics in roll form and in double fold form. We have both the facilities and folding is being done as per customer requirements.
   we have our own beading house of stones , crystals in which we manufacture motifs , trims beaded fabrics etc
